Our Mission

We’re on a mission to help identify and support college students in the USA who aspire to have a career in radio after graduation. Next Step Radio provides financial scholarships for future broadcasters, that have already exceled at their campus radio station and demonstrated their suitability for working in radio professionally.  At the same time, we also want to expose our industry to talented young people who want to work in radio.

Our program is called NEXT STEP RADIO!
